Miss Chobe Tourism Botswana is a flagship youth leadership, tourism, and creative industries programme implemented by Mission for Community Transformation (MCT) Trust. The programme empowers children, youth, and young adults by combining pageantry with leadership development, tourism promotion, cultural preservation, entrepreneurship, and community service. It provides participants with opportunities to develop confidence, public speaking, life skills, and professional networks while serving as ambassadors for Botswana’s tourism, culture, and environmental conservation.

Beyond the competition, Miss Chobe Tourism Botswana delivers structured mentorship, psychosocial support, skills development, and educational opportunities through scholarships, entrepreneurship support, driving school sponsorships, and talent development initiatives.
